"Warranty support was slower than it should’ve been"
I had a warranty issue and, from my experience, the biggest problem was how long support took to get back to me. They did end up fixing part of the issue, so it wasn’t a total loss, but the process felt more frustrating than it needed to be. If the response time had been better, I probably would’ve felt a lot more positive about the whole thing.

"Had No Idea Where My Order Was"
I had no Clue where my order was most of the time. The delivery updates barely came through, so I was just kind of Guessing when it would show up.

"We got our Cozey couch a…"
We got our Cozey couch a few months ago, the fabric has surprised me. I didn’t have super high expectations since we have a dog, but it’s held up better than I thought it would. No ripping and barely any pilling, just a little marking in the spot where he always naps. It’s also easy to vacuum, which is a bonus. I’m giving it 4 stars because I’m still waiting to see how it looks after a full year, but so far it seems durable

"Nice Couch, But Not as Flexible as I Hoped"
I bought this because I liked the idea of a modular setup, it does look good in the room. But wow, moving the pieces around is more of a hassle than I expected. It works fine, and I’m not mad at it exactly, but I was kind of hoping it would be easier to rearrange. The options also felt a bit limited for my space, which was disappointing. Still, it’s a decent couch overall, just not the super flexible solution I thought I was getting.

"Super comfy upgrade"
Got my Cozey sofa a few weeks ago and I’m really happy with it. It’s comfy without being too squishy, and the cushions are soft but don’t make you feel like you’re sinking in. I’ve sat through a whole long movie on it with no soreness, which is a big win. My old couch was way too firm, so this has been such a nice upgrade.

"The couch looks good in the room..."
The couch looks good in the room, but the cushions are much too hard for me. I was hoping they would soften up after using it for a while, but it still feels stiff and uncomfortable. Sitting on it for any length of time isn’t great, which is disappointing because comfort is the whole point of a couch. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect something you sit on every day to feel decent. Overall, I’m let down.

I ordered from Cozey and the delivery was mostly fine, I guess. It didn’t take a crazy long time, but it also wasn’t as fast as I thought it might be. I’m not totally sure if that was on Cozey or the carrier, but there were a few days where the tracking didn’t really update, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on. The package did arrive in good shape, which was definitely a plus. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the delivery estimate had been a bit more accurate

"Wish I Had Skipped This"
I really regret buying this. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but you’d assume it would at least do what it’s supposed to do. Unfortunately, it just didn’t meet even basic expectations for me

"I’ve had my Cozey couch for…"
I’ve had my Cozey couch for a little over two years now, and it’s still comfy overall. The cushions have definitely softened up a bit and the fabric is starting to show some wear, haha. Nothing terrible, but I guess I expected it to hold its shape a little better over time.

It feels almost too good to be true—they’re always in stock. Every time I’m bracing myself for the usual disappointment of seeing “sold out,” there it is, ready to order like some kind of retail miracle. Such a relief not having to hunt around everywhere

"Covers washed fine, but I felt a bit ignored"
I washed the covers and they came out fine. Putting them back on was actually easy, which I appreciated. I did feel a little ignored when I had a question, though, so the overall experience wasn’t perfect

"Color looked totally different in person"
I was disappointed when the couch arrived because the color looked nothing like it did on the website. I’m someone who’s really particular about how things match in my living room, so I spent a lot of time picking the shade based on the photos online. In person, it was way darker and kind of dull, not at all the look I thought I was getting. I know screens can show colors differently, but this felt like more than that. For something this expensive, it was really frustrating.

"Looks nice, but I ended up feeling left in the dark"
The sofa looks really nice in the room, but after just a few weeks it started wobbling. I wasn’t expecting it to feel so unsteady this soon, and it kind of left me in the dark about whether it was built right or if something was wrong from the start.

"Decent couch for the price"
I think it’s okay for what I paid . It looks nice in my apartment and putting it together wasn’t too much of a hassle . After a few weeks though , the cushions do feel a little softer and kind of cheaper than I was expecting . It’s not a bad couch at all , I’m just not blown away by it . For now it works fine , but I’m curious to see how it holds up over time .

"Instantly knew this couch was a win"
I’ll be honest, I judged this couch fast once our dog claimed it as his new bed. So far, it’s been great. Dog hair comes off way easier than I expected, and the fabric has somehow stood up to muddy paws without turning into a disaster. Delivery was simple, too. Overall, really happy with it.

"Am I the only one who gets annoyed by vague tracking?"
My order did show up, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but am I the only one who gets a little frustrated when the tracking just sits on the same status for days? Then all of a sudden it updated right before delivery. Not the worst experience, but kind of annoying when you’re trying to plan around it

"Smooth delivery and worth the price"
I ordered a couch from Cozey and overall the shipping experience was smooth. The tracking updated regularly, and most of the boxes arrived on the day they said they would, which I definitely appreciated. One box came a few hours later than the rest, so that was a little frustrating, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’m careful about what I spend, especially on bigger furniture purchases, and I felt like the service was reliable enough for the price. I’d order from them again.
